Express Digital Solutions
In May of 2008, a partnership was established between Gompers and Express Digital a local technology company, creating a new learning opportunity for our clients. With Express Digital, new technology is used in a way unique when compared to other projects at our Vocational Center. For this special project, Gompers created an actual office environment alongside other office employees doing similar work assignments. Clients with basic keyboard skills learn to input information and create digital files. Other clients learn how to operate high-speed scanners and review scanning data for errors. This partnership utilizes nearly 25% of our vocational staff and at least 30 positions are dedicated to this collaboration. Our efforts give Valley companies a place to send their paper document scanning for affordable prices all within a HIPAA compliant facility. Gompers staff manages the project in professional manner with an emphasis on quality and customer service. It has truly been a winning combination for our clients, our companies, and the Valley’s business community.
We are grateful to Express Digital for inviting Gompers to be collaborative partner in this endeavor. 
With the steady growth of Express Digital, Gompers will be able to provide this experience to more clients. As we look forward to a long future together, the opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities will grow with agencies like Express Digital via set aside contract work. In 2008, Digital Express ranked #1 in Document Management in “Ranking Arizona Magazine.”
