GOMPERS SPECIAL EDUCATION DAY SCHOOL
Gompers state approved Private Day School serves students ages 5-22 in a dynamic, caring environment that promotes education, independence and daily life skills. Our students are supported by certified special education Teachers, a licensed Physical and Occupational Therapist, a Speech Pathologist, a Speech Language Pathology Assistant, as well as qualified paraprofessionals who provide supports at no more than a one staff-to-three student's ratio. Gompers also staffs a Behavioral Specialist, a Registered Nurse and a licensed nurse practitioner to support the medical needs of our students. Gompers is also able to provide transportation services.
In addition to the educational components offered through Gompers Special Education School, our students are afforded the opportunities to participate in many community activities, as well as take advantage of our gymnasium, accessible playground and warm water therapy pool.
