Mike Kelley

Mike Kelley is an attorney with a career focus in the areas of business formation, real estate and employment law. His many years of experience have also included serving as an arbitrator and mediator for organizations such as the American Arbitration Association (AAA), and as a Securities arbitrator for Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Mr. Kelley is also an MBA instructor for the University of Phoenix, New Mexico Highlands University and Grand Canyon University. Member of Arizona, Colorado and Hopi Tribal bars. He is also licensed with the Arizona Real Estate Department. Mr. Kelley has been a Board member for more than 20 years, giving him unusual perspective on Gompers' mission and history.
